Project description
The Andreas Quartier represents the high quality of life of the city of Dusseldorf. Four residential and commercial buildings are being built in the heart of the city. The Andreas Quartier is located in Düsseldorf’s old town between Hofgarten and Rheinufer-Promenade on Ratinger Strasse. Here, the listed building of the former Royal District Court is carefully redesigned and complemented by a stylish new-build ensemble of renowned architecture firms. The former district and regional court is located on Mühlenstraße, in the heart of Düsseldorf’s old town. In the eastern part of the building, whose monumental façade reveals its construction period in Wilhelmine style, representative offices are emerging.
The project comprises the construction of approx. 300 residential units and office and commercial space on an area of approx. 22,100 m².
