Project description
The new head office of the BMW Group is being built in Berlin Charlottenburg at the intersection of Kaiserdamm / Messedamm / A100 motorway in the immediate vicinity of the Funkturm.
The complex consists of three different structures: BMW is formed as an interpretation of the Berlin block with a bright louvre facade, MINI as a black cube on the Kaiserdamm, the motorcycle center as a solitaire on the south side to the motorway and the exhibition center. A complex room program consisting of exhibition, service, office and car park areas is being composed into a complete form which gives the group a distinctive appearance.
