Hotel and Health Centre

On Spandau Lake was created on 206 acres of unused land and old industrial wastes the water town Spandau. The Hotel Centrovital, 158 rooms and suites, is housed in a former Schultheiss brewery with a listed building. Part of this ensemble is also a health center with medical practices for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
