Project description
At 233 metres, FOUR Frankfurt will be Germany’s highest office floors with a unique view over the banking metropolis and the Taunus hills. Three further high-rise buildings with 178, 120 and 100 metres as well as a plinth complete the new quarter.
As IGP, we are supervising two of the four towers, T1 and T4. Here, high-quality office space will be created in the two “skyscrapers”.
A sustainable and open, lively quarter will be realised, in which more than 600 flats and flats for sale or rent with different sizes and partly as subsidised housing will be built. A five-star Kimpton hotel, serviced flats and gastronomy areas with urban flair round off the uses of the high-rise buildings. In the open podium, which is accessed by pathways, lively passages with city squares including retail, kindergarten, offers for fitness, wellness and gastronomy and a roof terrace for public use will be created.
