Project description
For the first time in 40 years, new apartments are being built in the southern Gropiusstadt.
The planned by architect Walter Gropius and named after him large housing estate will be further developed. The new residential construction is planned as a low-rise building (KfW-55-Effizienshaus) with 57 residential units, including 3 residential units of a residential project for stroke patients, 2 commercial units and an underground car park with 41 parking spaces.
The average rent is 9.50 euros per m² net cold.
