Conversion to a shopping centre
Conversion and conversion of the historic halls at the Borsigturm in the Reinickendorf district Tegel to a commercial and retail center. The shopping center offers 115 specialty shops on approximately 22,000 square meters of retail space. In the historic ambience of old locomotive construction halls, fashion and shoe fashion shops, jewelry shops, shops for household goods, restaurants, supermarkets and service shops are presented on three levels. The shopping center also includes a cinema, a bowling alley and a gym. The parking garage next to the center offers around 1600 parking spaces and is open throughout.
