Project description

DIE WOHNKOMPANIE Berlin GmbH is developing an extraordinary residential project with high-quality and urban living and working quarters on the grounds of the former East Station, not far from the East Station in Berlin-Friedrichshain, with the high-rise ensemble Max and Moritz.

With the new construction of the residential and commercial buildings in Mariane-von-Rantzau-Straße 2 / Mühlenstraße 31-33, approx. 390 apartments, approx. 80 serviced apartments as well as office space and shop / catering units are being built. On the ground floor are shop units and offices as well as the lobbies. The development is carried out both from the Mariane-von-Rantzau-Straße as well as the Rummelsburger Platz and the turntable space on a total of eleven entrances. The accessibility of the addresses at the remote areas as well as the fire brigade areas is ensured by private areas in the quality of public spaces. The entrances and exits of the underground garages are to be found on Mariane-von-Rantzau-Straße and on the private access road to the landmarked “overnight accommodation”.
