Project description
On an area of approx. 22,000 m², large companies, smaller businesses as well as freelancers and self-employed persons will find an optimal workplace in Düsseldorf’s myhive Alto in the trendy Medienhafen, which offers a lot of comfort and thus enables efficient working.
With myhive media harbor, the first myhive in Germany has opened in Dusseldorf. The office tower, which is completely flexible in terms of its floor plans, offers 21,180 m² of modern office space as well as co-working spaces for companies with two or more workstations.
IGP was responsible for the overall project management of the construction project. Four weeks ahead of schedule and within budget, the LEED Gold award-winning architectural complex was handed over to our client Immofinanz.
