Project description
New construction of 50 residential units as condominiums and terraced houses.
As part of the construction project, three multi-family dwellings with a total of 31 apartments, 14 family-friendly townhouses and eight penthouses with large roof terraces will be built on a 6,300 square meter plot of land.
The bright facades with lattice windows as well as the classically elegant architecture are intended to create a blend of tradition and modernity and convey impressions of different eras.
