Project description
RWTH Aachen University is developing into one of the world’s leading technical universities with the RWTH Aachen Campus. The campus project creates a network of science and business with the aim of providing answers to the challenges of megatrends. The corresponding long-lasting topics are represented by the clusters, which at the same time stand for the structural development.
In each of the cluster centers, interdisciplinary teams of scientists and industry consortia work together on relevant future issues with visionary approaches to solutions. With 16 research clusters covering an area of 800,000 square meters, one of the largest technology-oriented research landscapes in Europe is being created at RWTH Aachen University.
