Project description
In Hamburg’s Harvestehude district, Sophienterrassen has been transformed into a new city quarter in a unique park location. Directly on the banks of the Alster are five city villas, with its planned neighbor, the listed Sophienpalais in a new guise.
The former location command center is gutted, restructured and converted into living space.
A total of approximately 100 elegant and spacious city apartments, a reception lobby with Doorman furnishings, a club lounge and a private spa are being built on 12,500 square meters. With the addition of the Skydeck including two-storey panoramic penthouses, the facility will be expanded – urban living according to well-known Hamburg generosity.
