Project description
New construction of office and commercial center on the former Telefunkengelände
Project management and general planning of the Telefunkengelände in Hanover, since 2008 also Facility Management, development of it to an office and administrative center of the state of Lower Saxony, including control of the development plan procedure (completed in 2004), realization of new construction and reconstruction measures. Currently 40,000 m² of office space in use by the state of Lower Saxony, 5,000 m² by the computer center of the AOK Niedersachsen. In planning and realization pending approx. 30,000 m² of new construction for use by the state of Lower Saxony, a specialist company in fire fighting technology, a data center operator.
